Many of the items currently available on our website are being offered as PRE-ORDER items. Pre-ordering gives you the opportunity to secure your favorite Blossomm products before inventory officially arrives and becomes available for regular fulfillment.
💕 What Does Pre-Order Mean?
When you place a pre-order, payment is collected in full at checkout and your item is reserved for you.
Pre-order items are NOT currently ready to ship.
Our anticipated pre-order shipping period is:
November 27, 2026 – December 27, 2026
Orders are expected to begin shipping during this window, but your individual order is not guaranteed to ship on November 27. Orders will be processed and shipped as inventory becomes available.
📦 Please Order With the Shipping Window in Mind
Because these are pre-orders, please do not place an order if you need your items by a specific date unless the item is specifically marked as ready to ship.
This is especially important for birthdays, holidays, vacations, photoshoots, gifts, or other time-sensitive events.
We will always work to get orders out as quickly as possible, but pre-order arrival and fulfillment dates are estimates and may be affected by vendor, production, freight, customs, carrier, or other unexpected delays.
🛍️ Ordering Pre-Order + Ready-to-Ship Items Together
If your order contains both a pre-order item and a ready-to-ship item, your order may be held until all items are available to ship together unless otherwise stated.
For the fastest delivery of ready-to-ship merchandise, we recommend placing pre-order and in-stock items as separate orders.
💳 Payment
All pre-orders require full payment at the time your order is placed. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory. Your item is reserved only after checkout and successful payment.
❌ Cancellations & Final-Sale Products
Please shop carefully before submitting your pre-order.
Our regular Refund & Exchange Policy still applies to pre-order purchases. Lingerie, bundles, closures, and frontals are final sale with no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Eligible shoes, boots, and clothing remain subject to the exchange requirements listed in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
📧 Order Updates
Please enter a valid email address and shipping address during checkout. Important order, fulfillment, and shipping updates will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.
If your shipping address changes before your pre-order ships, contact us as soon as possible at Hello@blossommbeautyco.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
